1. Our Services

Brevard SEM provides digital marketing services including SEO, AEO, GEO, paid advertising, content marketing, social media management, web development, and related services. By engaging Brevard SEM, you agree to these terms of service. We ask that all clients provide accurate business information and timely feedback to support the programs we build on your behalf.

2. Results and Guarantees

Search engines and AI platforms update their algorithms and ranking systems without notice. Because of this, Brevard SEM does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or indexing timelines. What we do guarantee is rigorous technical execution, transparent reporting, and a senior team applying best practices to every program we manage. We will always communicate clearly about what is working and what needs to change.

3. Fees and Refunds

When you engage Brevard SEM, we immediately allocate team members, tools, and resources to your program. Because of this, retainer fees are non-refundable once project setup has begun. We do not pause active programs without advance written notice from the client. All fees and payment schedules are outlined in your individual service agreement. 4. Intellectual Property

Brevard SEM retains full ownership of the Marxi AI model, our internal processes and methodologies, and any custom code libraries we develop. You retain full ownership of your brand assets, written content, and finalized creative media upon complete payment of all outstanding invoices. Work product created specifically for your account transfers to you upon payment in full.

5. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from your engagement with Brevard SEM shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida. By engaging our services you consent to this jurisdiction.
